The annual Pride march has been postponed, but the campaign continues to drive acts of support and allyship between communities.

If you’d like to celebrate Pride Month in your organisation, we are offering a fantastic online workshop for employees called LGBTQ+ Diversity, Inclusion and Insights:

– The evolution of the LGBTQ+ community and the history and importance of Pride

– Language and inclusivity (acronyms, pronouns)

– Sex/gender and sexuality, diverse relationships (including discussion of trans and non-binary identities)

– Intersectionality

– Good practice around LGBTQ+ diversity, implicit/explicit discrimination

This interactive session is for up to 100 participants per session, and can be held on the video conferencing platform of your choice.
