Balancing a career with raising children is one of the most common and invisible pressures on working parents and carers.
We are delighted to present our series of live and interactive wellbeing workshops, delivered in person or online by our fully qualified clinicians and parenting experts. The workshops span the developmental stages such as the early years and the teenage years, as well as specific challenges like neurodiversity, emotional regulation, positive communication and managing parental burnout.
Every workshop draws on current research rather than generic advice, so parents and carers leave with something they can put into practice immediately. Each session runs 60 minutes for up to 100 participants. Book individually or as a full annual series.
