Coping with Stress — 4 sessions, 30 minutes each
A practical, evidence-based course on managing stress and building resilience. Covers how to recognise stress, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, build positive daily habits, and improve sleep.

Women’s Health — 4 sessions, 30 minutes each
