Mental Health & Wellbeing Support for Law Firms

We partner with law firms to design and deliver mental health and wellbeing support that is credible, accessible and aligned with the realities of legal work. For more than ten years, we have supported wellbeing approaches that strengthen individual resilience, leadership capability and sustainable performance across firms. Our work focuses on awareness, prevention and recovery, and is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing wellbeing strategies.

What we provide

Training for partners and managers

We support partners and managers to lead effectively in high-performing environments, where wellbeing is both a people and performance issue.

Programmes include:

  • Burnout Awareness for Partners and Managers
  • Supervising Traumatic Casework

Training can be tailored by role, seniority or practice area.

Neurodiversity assessments, training, counselling, coaching, awareness, self care

We work with firms to improve understanding of neurodiversity and to support inclusive, high-performing workplaces.

Our neurodiversity services support:

  • Greater awareness and confidence among partners and managers
  • Practical adjustments that enable neurodivergent colleagues to thrive
  • More effective communication and collaboration across teams

Delivered in a way that is practical, respectful and grounded in real working environments.

Specialist wellbeing counselling

We provide specialist wellbeing counselling delivered by clinicians experienced in working with legal professionals.

Wellbeing workshops

Our workshops support awareness, skills-building and early intervention across firms. They are practical, engaging and directly relevant to legal professionals. We offer more than 120 bespoke wellbeing workshops.
