Time to Talk – 6th February
We provide everything you need to start conversations around wellbeing and mental health and to make sure your employees feel supported within the workplace, and with professionally qualified support.  Try our “Framework for Supportive Conversations” training session for all employees (1 hour) where they can learn the appropriate skills and actions for listening, validating, asking questions and signposting if they are supporting a colleague who is in distress or crisis.

To effectively support your employees who need support in recovering their wellbeing or preventing mental health issues from escalating, our fully qualified workplace counsellors provide specialist and tailored services that go far beyond the typical Employee Assistance Program (EAP), our approach ensures the unique needs of your team are met.
