Mental Wellbeing in the Age of AI — two sessions your employees will value
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we are offering two clinically grounded, practically focused sessions designed not just to raise awareness, but to make a real, measurable difference to the mental health of your employees.
Both sessions are delivered live online or in-person and can be booked individually or together.
Staying Human — Mental Wellbeing in the Age of AI 45-minute live session
In a world of constant connectivity, information overload and rapidly evolving AI, our minds are under a kind of pressure that is genuinely new. This session offers employees a rare and valuable opportunity to step back, understand what that pressure is actually doing to their psychological wellbeing, and explore what it means to stay mentally fit, curious and authentically human in a digital age.
Drawing on the latest evidence from cognitive psychology and delivered by a qualified workplace psychologist specialising in CBT, counselling and psychotherapy, this is not a session about keeping up with technology — it is about looking after the most important tool any of us has. Our mind.
Warm, clinically grounded and practically focused, the session combines evidence-based insights with therapeutic tools drawn from CBT and wellbeing psychology. Participants will leave feeling reassured, better equipped and genuinely more connected to what makes them well — with simple, meaningful practices they can bring into their working lives straight away.
Session content includes:
- Cognitive overload and mental health
- The psychology of AI anxiety
- Curiosity, learning and wellbeing
- Healthy vs depleting relationships with technology
- CBT tools for digital overwhelm
- Attention and focus as self-care
- Reconnecting with personal values
- The human case for curiosity and connection

Taming the Inner Critic 45-minute live session
Most of us are living with an inner voice that catastrophises, criticises and quietly undermines our confidence — often without us even noticing. This session goes beneath the surface, helping employees understand not just what these thinking patterns are, but where they come from and how to genuinely change their relationship with them.
Delivered by a clinical mental health professional and drawing on both psychotherapeutic and cognitive behavioural approaches, this is a session grounded in psychological understanding rather than quick fixes — leaving participants with real insight, practical tools and a kinder relationship with their own minds.
Session content includes:
- Understanding cognitive distortions and their characteristics
- Identifying your own unhelpful thought patterns
- Where the inner critic comes from
- Psychotherapeutic and CBT perspectives on self-awareness
- Self-compassion practices and present-moment focus
- Recommended daily practices to take away
- Signposting to professional support
