Employee Counselling for Winter Wellbeing

With the transition into winter, many people may experience shifts in mood, energy, and overall wellbeing. This seasonal change, with fewer daylight hours and colder temperatures, can have a detrimental impact on our mental wellbeing.  Coupled with the pressures of a busy working environment, this can lead to increased instances of stress, anxiety, and burnout, impacting your employee’s wellbeing and their engagement and productivity.

Wellbeing Partners are specialists in managing employee mental health. We have many years’ experience in supporting individuals and organisations through the seasonal shift and the impact it can have on mental and physical health.

To help your employees navigate any challenges and maintain peak performance, we specialise in providing Workplace Employee Counselling – confidential one-to-one session that can be run in the workplace or online

These sessions are run by our team of fully qualified mental health professionals.  Each counsellor has a minimum if 10 years post-qualification experience in workplace counselling and all are BACP accredited.

We specialise in supporting employees with:

  • Anxiety, emotional dysregulation, confidence and self-esteem issues
  • Trauma, burnout, depression and overwhelming stress
  • Interpersonal difficulties, parenting issue and bereavement
  • Insomnia and other sleep issues
  • Neurodivergence
  • Menopause

Workplace counselling provides a confidential, non-judgemental space for employees to talk through any concerns, whether they are work-related or personal. Having easy access to a named and recognisable professional counsellor can make a world of difference. It shows your team that their wellbeing is a priority, fostering a culture of care that significantly boosts employee wellbeing, but also team morale as well as improving work and the meeting of goals.

By providing counselling you are implementing support that can prevent minor issues from escalating into major problems. Employees who feel supported are more engaged, more resilient, and better equipped to handle workplace challenges.
