In addition to our existing roster of nutrition workshops* we are delighted to offer a series of four new topics, presented by our fully qualified team of nutritional therapists.
Recognising the benefits of healthy eating and nutrition in the workplace is a staple of the traditional wellbeing strategy, but keeping your employees up to date with the specific areas of nutrition that affect them personally is the best way to engage staff in healthy eating and nutrition – for their personal wellbeing as well as performance and effectiveness at work.
