Joe Bowcott – Mondays
Joe is a fully qualified counselling psychotherapist and cognitive behavioural therapist (BACP registered) with 17 years experience as a workplace counsellor, clinical supervisor and mediator. Joe has a wealth of experience of working with adults and young people and his expertise ranges from common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, stress, alcohol and substance misuse, health anxiety, self harm, bereavement and loss, sleep problems, relationship break ups and anger issues. Joe also has experience as a positive parenting mentor, career development coach and is also a suicide intervention first aider. With a strong ability to connect to client’s quickly and empathically, Joe uses a range of tools including emotional focus therapy and brief therapy models to help employees successfully overcome distresses, difficulties and episodes of poor mental health.
Kate Llewellyn – Wednesdays
Kate is a fully qualified BACP counselling psychotherapist and draws on more than 15 years experience working in a variety of settings. She engages with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication issues, bereavement and loss, shame, trauma and personal change management. Her therapeutic model is integrative which means that she tailors her approach according to each client’s needs. Kate is a warm and experienced counsellor and has a passion for helping clients on their journey towards growth and change.
Stephen Lloyd – Thursdays
Stephen is a fully qualified counselling psychotherapist and cognitive behavioural therapist (BACP registered) with more than 14 years experience working with individuals across a broad range of settings. Stephen’s expertise ranges from all types of common mental health issues such as anxiety and depressive disorders, stress, bereavement and loss, low confidence, self esteem issues, trauma, family and other personal difficulties, alcohol and substance misuse, sleep problems and complex mental health issues such as bipolar disorder. Possessing genuine empathy and care, Stephen’s helps people to understand their issues, find new ways to alleviate their distress, and supports them to make positive changes, reach their goals and maintain better mental health.
